Alix Wilton Regan and Sophie Turner to Play Lara Croft in TV Series

Meanwhile, in the gaming universe, it was announced that the next Tomb Raider game, titled "Tomb Raider: Catalyst," is scheduled for release in 2027 by Amazon Game Studios and Crystal Dynamics. Additionally, a reimagining of the original, "Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis," built with Unreal Engine 5, is set to launch this year. Both titles will feature Wilton Regan as Lara Croft, replacing Camilla Luddington, who voiced her in the 2013-2018 reboot trilogy.

Wilton Regan has played several major video game characters, including the Female Inquisitor in Dragon Age, Samantha Traynor in Mass Effect 3, and Aya in Assassin’s Creed Origins. She was also set to portray Joanna Dark in the canceled Perfect Dark reboot, which was affected by layoffs.
