Plugable released the USBC-10IN1E, a 10-in-1 USB-C hub designed to meet the connectivity demands of modern laptop users. It delivers up to 140W of Power Delivery, supporting high-end laptops like MacBook Pro and Windows ultrabooks. The hub targets professionals and creators who rely on multiple peripherals. Its combination of video, data, and network ports makes it a versatile desktop companion.
The device features an HDMI 2.1 port capable of 8K at 30 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz. This supports high-resolution displays for productivity, presentations, or gaming. It also includes a 2.5Gb Ethernet port, significantly faster than the common 1Gb standard. Wired networking improves reliability for video calls, large file transfers, and online gaming.
Additional ports include two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 for legacy devices like mice or flash drives. There are two extra USB-C ports: one for data at 10 Gbps and another with Power Delivery for charging. A full-size SD 4.0 card reader and a microSD slot cater to photographers and video editors. A DisplayPort 1.4 output enables multi-monitor setups with high refresh rates.
The hub has a compact, minimalist design with an aluminum finish. It works plug-and-play on Windows, macOS, and Linux without drivers.
